Introduction
What is Mandala?
Mandala is a cross-media, cross-chain franchise that creates a 360º pervasive and participatory context for a global audience to become the heroes of their own lives and make the world a better place.
Mandala plays across multiple entertainment platforms: films, games, comics, and the Internet, including blockchain. Different types of storylines play across discrete media to specific target audiences, but ultimately these storylines tie together in a larger narrative—a metaverse. In this way, Mandala promises a rich level of engagement with the story and increased pervasiveness, with Easter eggs and rabbit-holes leading from platform to platform. As the different events of the story roll out on TV and are supplemented by digital threads and VR/AR, culminating in the Enlightenment Simulator game, Mandala will capture a global audience worldwide and continually engage it in the many places where people live, play and “are.”
Why?
We are at a critical juncture. The world is not working for everyone. The planet is sick and many are asleep. But it doesn’t have to be this way. A better world is possible and everyone has a part to play. Mandala was created to gather a critical mass of heroes to shift the planet onto a new path.
How?
As we evolve as a species, the unimaginable can become reality. At the very least, we can all be working toward a tipping point -- because when enough people wake up we will all wake up.
Mandala uses a magical narrative that extends from fiction and story on traditional and innovative entertainment platforms into virtual spheres, online and mobile, and the "real world’." In this way, it seeks to provide global audiences with a profoundly pervasive entertainment experience unlike anything else they’ve ever encountered.
Imagine a story where fiction meets reality, a story which transforms the world into the ultimate gameboard and everyday life into a game of evolution. Imagine a story which could actually catalyze a shift in the mass consciousness...
