To enter the Mandala, it is necessary to choose a path. The twelve clans all offer different approaches to making the world a better place -- or a way for Shadow Walkers to hide undercover. Even those who do not have a Mandala NFT can choose a clan. People can also belong to a different clan than the one they delegrate ADA to.

Agents are invited to share their general location for future gameplay, as well as their Discord name for networking with fellow Mandala agents when quests and missions kick off.

Clans are an integral part of the Mandala NFT collections. For example, half of NFTs in the Sovereigns collection are animals, connecting participants with that specific clan. Humans and others in the collection can join any clan they want.

In the Mandala stakepool app, Cardano pools are organized in relation to the goals of the clan they are connected with. For example, a pool focused on environmental issues belongs to Turtle Clan. In this way, participants can easily determine which pool is aligned with their own interests and delegate accordingly.

As people join clans, as verified by a Mandala NFT in their wallet or chosen after they delegate, the Mandala will fill out to 144,000 sovereign agents.
